Personal Training for Children
Our experience training children is to keep it safe and fun.    As you see below most of our Strength & Conditioning with the younger
children is based on working with their own body weight with push-ups, sit-ups and pull ups.    We keep it fun with different balls,
bands, parachutes and agility drills.

Children do not need weights to get stronger and faster.    We work with your children to get them in shape by running, jumping and
zig zagging through obstacle courses.    All this work is fun and challenging and gets the children in great shape.
