The number 1 factor in gaining strength and muscle is proper nutrition.
It's basic but so many of us do not eat properly.

You need to eat to feed your muscles.  No matter how long, how hard you train if you
don't feed your muscles good food that will help them grow and get stronger you will
not advance your weights.

Follow the following basic nutrition tips and you will see improvements in your strength
and muscle size.

FEED YOUR MUSCLES TO GROW
  • Eat Breakfast it's the most important meal of the day
  • Muscle is 70% Water - Drink Water to build strong Muscle
  • Muscle is 22% Protein Eat chicken, fish, eggs high in protein
  • Muscle is 8% Fat and Sugar - Keep your fats low
  • Stop Drinking Soda it is high in sugar
  • Drink Milk for Strong Bones to support all that Muscle
  • Eat fruit at a minimum once a day - Oranges, Apples etc..
  • Eat Green Salads at dinner & Vegetables
  • Do not eat past 7pm at night
