StrengthCondition.com provides personal strength training for children and adults. Our program is comprised of 12 1 hour sessions over 12 weeks that teach the safe and proper way to strength train. We focus on safety and proper technique and form. Upon completion of our program you will know the safe and proper way to strength train and will also have a program that you can do at home or in your local gym. Educating our clients to train safely is our key goal.

Experience and Expertise
Mark & Diane Salandra bring over 35 years experience of Strength Training. Diane (Physical Therapist) CSCS, brings over 25 years experience helping clients recover and reduce injuries. Mark (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist), has over 35 years experience as a State Champion, State Record Holder and Nationally Ranked Powerlifter. Together they bring a safe and effective way to get in shape and improve overall health and performance.
DIANE SALANDRA DPT, CSCS
Physical Therapist, CSCS
Diane received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2016 from Arcadia University. She received her Bachelor in PT in 1987 from the Univ. of Delaware. In 2009 Diane also earned a Masters degree in Social Work from Rutgers. She is a Certified Lymphatic therapist and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Her specialty areas include orthopedics, osteoporosis management, and oncology rehab.
MARK SALANDRA MBA, CSCS
Mark started StrengthCondition.com in 2004 to help educate and teach children and adults the proper safe way to strength train. Mark has volunteered as Assistant Strength Coach to Hillsborough High School and author of Strength and Conditioning For All Ages. Marks accomplishment in Powerlifting include State Champion, State Record holder and Nationally Ranked USA Powerlifter. Mark is also on the Executive Board for the non profit Visions and Pathways which works with homeless youth.
National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA)
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists® (CSCS®) are professionals who apply scientific knowledge to train athletes for the primary goal of improving athletic performance. They conduct sport-specific testing sessions, design and implement safe and effective strength training and conditioning programs and provide guidance regarding nutrition and injury prevention.

As Jack's training sessions with you come to a close, Dani and I (and Jack) wanted to take a moment to thank you. We remember discussing with you at the outset some concerns we had about Jack being too young for this type of program, however as we reach the end we can all see how positive this experience has been for Jack.
While training Jack you were always kind and positive, and still able to push him every week. As a result Dani and I have seen a big transformation in Jack, not only physically, but in terms of his confidence as well. Jack also has gained alot of knowledge about nutrition, and as a result is making better meal and snack choices, often on his own. Beyond this, you kept all your sessions with Jack fun, which is crucial for young kids.
Going forward Dani and I see a more confident, motivated and healthy young boy in our Jack, and we couldn't be happier. The fundamentals you have imparted to Jack will continue to have a positive impact.
To anyone who has a young child (even a 7 year old like us) who is questioning the choice to train with you, Dani and I say- go for it. There has been no downside to our decision to train with you. Thanks again.
