"I came to the team after realizing I needed more help and motivation from my typical exercise routine and after hearing my daughter talk about how strong and positive she feels after her track team's weight lifting workouts. Mark discussed my long and short term goals with me and we put together a workable plan. Since I started last October, I have achieved all my short terms goals such as looking better in clothes and losing a clothing size, having more energy, and being able to run a mile. Now I am creating new goals such as running a 5k in a few months, losing another clothing size and doing 20 pull ups at a time. And I am committed to my long term goal of being healthier, more energetic and happier."

Hi Mark,
I have one week left to go and I feel great!  It is amazing how your body will respond when challenged to do so.  I no longer feel like an old woman when I wake up!  I no longer have back pain during the day at work.  I have lost 8 lbs (but more inches) so that I feel better than I have in years. Thank you to Tony--he has been great with me, and I am grateful for his encouragement.  I have told everyone I know that this has been the best thing I have done for myself ever!

As Jack's training sessions with you come to a close, Dani and I (and Jack) wanted to take a moment to thank you.  We remember discussing with you at the outset some concerns we had about Jack being too young for this type of program, however as we reach the end we can all see how positive this experience has been for Jack.

While training Jack you were always kind and positive, and still able to push him every week.  As a result Dani and I have seen a big transformation in Jack, not only physically, but in terms of his confidence as well.  Jack also has gained alot of knowledge about nutrition, and as a result is making better meal and snack choices, often on his own.  Beyond this, you kept all your sessions with Jack fun, which is crucial for young kids.

Going forward Dani and I see a more confident, motivated and healthy young boy in our Jack, and we couldn't be happier.  The fundamentals you have imparted to Jack will continue to have a positive impact.

To anyone who has a young child (even a 7 year old like us) who is questioning the choice to train with you, Dani and I say- go for it.  There has been no downside to our decision to train with you.  Thanks again.

When we told Jack that we wanted his thoughts about your program, here is what he had to say.  It was fun, and I feel stronger.  I feel healthier and know which foods are good to eat.  Thanks alot Coach Mark.
