Mark & Diane Salandra bring over 35 years experience of Strength Training. Diane (Physical Therapist), brings over 25 years experience helping clients recover and reduce injuries. Mark (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist), has over 35 years experience as a State Champion, State Record Holder and Nationally Ranked Powerlifter. Together they bring a safe and effective way to get in shape and improve overall health and performance.

DIANE SALANDRA DPT
Physical Therapist
Diane received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2016 from Arcadia University. She received her Bachelor in PT in 1987 from the Univ. of Delaware. In 2009 Diane also earned a Masters degree in Social Work from Rutgers. She is a Certified Lymphatic therapist. Her specialty areas include orthopedics, osteoporosis management, and oncology rehab.

MARK SALANDRA MBA, CSCS
Strength Competitor
Mark started Strength Training in 1976 and competed in his first competition in 1982. Mark has volunteered as Assistant Strength Coach to Hillsborough High School and author of Strength and Conditioning For All Ages. Marks accomplishment in Powerlifting include State Champion, State Record holder and Nationally Ranked USA Powerlifter. Mark is also on the Executive Board for the non profit Visions and Pathways which works with homeless youth.
